One of our best coaster materials is the 5- 12 ply thick laminated tissue paper which provides a smooth and absorbent material for beautifully crafted coasters. Printing is done by Letterpress printing, Flexo printing and also foil embossed printing.

At Alfred Mank, we use high-grade materials to ensure that every piece of coaster that leaves our manufacturing unit reflects our commitment to quality. - Absorbent Paper
Absorbent Papers are our widely used material used for creating unmatched coasters with a high level of absorbency. They can be built in slim designs allowing buyers to choose from four different thicknesses between 50gsm and 200gsm. The material can absorb liquid quickly preventing any stain on tables or clothes. They can be custom built in different sizes, making them a perfect choice for bulk purchase. - Budgetboard
Our budgetboard coasters provide a perfect combination of high absorbency and durability. The high-quality material not only grips the base of the cups or glasses but also absorbs liquid quickly. They are a perfect choice for restaurants, bars, and eateries with outside seating. They can also be used as souvenirs and giveaways at events. We use letterpress and flexo printing methods for budgetboard coasters. We offer 200gsm thickness up to 8-ply and different sizes to choose from. - Tissue Paper
These are the classic coasters made from soft tissue material and they have a PE laminate backing for enhanced durability. They not only look great on the table but are also highly functional with improved moisture resistance ability. We use letterpress and flexo printing methods to create tissue paper coasters, available in different sizes and thickness up to 12 ply. - Linclass Airlaid
When you want to impress your clients or guests, opt for our highest quality coasters made from Linclass Airlaid material. They feel soft and velvety to touch with a premium feel and paper laminate backing for durability. The coasters are highly absorbent and they stay intact even in the most humid conditions without any signs of damage. We use flexo printing technology to create stylish and beautiful Linclass Airlaid coasters that are available in different sizes.

Some of the printing methods you can access in our manufacturing company include the following:
• Flexograph Printing
If you are looking for the fastest printing method for large quantities, then we recommend the flexo printing method. It was initially referred to as a rough printing method, but we have adapted the latest technology to allow complex prints with colourful details.
• Letterpress printing
This is our all-round printing method suitable for all soft materials. You can have a fine and relief embossment which can be finished with ink of your desired color. Designs of up to 25 1/cm screen can be created through this printing method.
• Offset printing
This is our finest option, offering a fine resolution of up to 80 1/cm. The printing
method is best suited for photo quality printing as well as euro scale printing. It is recommended for large scale printing quantities.
• Hot foil printing
This method is also referred to as the royal option. In the hot foil printing we involve stamping to achieve a high metal glossy look. A foil is applied instead of the
ink. The printing achieved is suitable for high end establishments. If you have
a five star hotel and would like to reflect the standards on the drink coasters, this is your choice option.
